I started trying Farm Hill two weeks ago, and initially I loved it. The food was great, the service was great, and it made lunch so much easier for me. So I went ahead and bought the $100 gift card to continue. Then, the last three times, the food didn't show up on time. As a teacher who only has 30 minutes of lunch and classes to teach afterwards, if the food doesn't show up in the scheduled window, I don't get to eat until much later. This is the second time I had a salad delivered with no dressing. So disappointing. I know you can do better Farm Hill. When dressing included, all the salads have been fabulous.
Ordered 5 times....for delivery in San Jose, haven't hit a delivery time line yet.... twice has been very late (currently waiting for 2 hours past my 11:30-noon delivery time frame) and otherwise only a bit late (30-45 mins outside window) I like the healthy approach to lunch....but if you can't deliver on time i'm going to have to stick with other services
Ordered a meal with delivery window of 12:30pm & 1pm. Finally arrived at 1:40pm. Am asking for a comp.
I've been using farmhill for a while. Today though not sure whats different.. Selected 11:30 - 12 for delivery window. Its almost 1 now and nothing has shown up. :(
