RecommendedOrganic urban family farm. Fresh and wholesome
Great food. Terrible operations that is costing customers time and money. We ordered for a lunch meeting and the order was 45 min late. By that time, we had already picked up alternate catering. There is a process issue in the way that deliveries get scheduled. Rather than just incentivizing late deliveries, you should put a cap on the number of deliveries in a certain timeframe. A couple of months ago I would have given it 4 or 5 stars. Now, however, Farm Hill is trying to shut out single-item ordering customers. First they raised the delivery fee from $2 to $5. Then last week, they imposed a minimum $25 food order. I cancelled my account with them today (11/10).
