OH. MY. GOD y'all! Had y'all process some deer into jalapeño/chedder smoked sausage for me last week. Threw some on the grill tonight. Outstanding! Amazing! My wife doesn't like deer meat and even she was impressed with the taste. From now on, y'all are gonna be my sole processer. Can't wait to try more products. It's just so damn good(sorry for the language)!
