Came in today and got the spinach, feta and chicken sausage and it was so good. Simmered it with red and green bell peppers, white and purple onions and a can of diced tomatoes. Then finished it off with more feta on top. So good and soooo easy.

Best place in LA ( LOWER ALABAMA ) to buy your meat. Do the taste challenge. I challenge anyone to buy meat elsewhere, then buy some here; cook at same and then eat. You will never go elsewhere for meat. It is fresh and processed on the spot. After a few visits, they will treat you like family. They will try to help you with anything they can. I just love going to get my meat there.

They have the BEST Andouille Sausage for gumbo ever.. You can't get anything close to it in N. IL
Never have been disappointed going here! Best meat in lower Alabama and very friendly staff!!
