No one would return phone calls – I agree with the first review that no one would return phone calls. I put in a claim in January and did not get anything resolved until March 9th. I called, left multiple messages, and sent multiple emails and no response. It was not until I got upset that anything materialized. This is my first claim with the company after being with them for four years. I have a policy in the Nashville area that was no problem. Bad claim experience – April 2011 had hail damage to our car and scheduled the appointment in June for the repair. The adjuster was suppose to have a rental car arranged (per policy coverage) prior to repair and we couldn't get a return phone call and had to drive over there and ask to see the adjuster in person. We were told the car was reserved and ready to be picked up, went to the rental car company and they didn't have anything on file. Farm Bureau Auto Insurance – My husband has been using the same auto insurance company for years. He loves Farm Bureau. So far, I have found that they give better service and rates compared to the other major insurance companies. I just switched from Geico. Farm Bureau is saving me $200.00 per year, plus I have added protections.
