An Arkansas organization that supports the degradation and pollution of our nation's first national river, is no friend of Arkansas.
They could start by supporting the Buffalo River instead of their pocketbooks.

These people support cruel conditions for dogs in puppy mills, criminalize those who would protect them by documenting their conditions, and support the giant hog sewage plant dumping into the Buffalo River. I'm sorry I ever gave them a dollar.
Come see animals pulled out of these puppy mills, smell them, look at thier condition. Then tell me we don't need regulations!
Shameful. Sadly HB1620 will be killed in committee. Not because it has been examined and debated. But because Arkansas Farm Bureau lobbyists, Representative Richmond who makes money issuing "papers" to breeders who can't get them elsewhere, and others have used their clout. But I'm putting every representative on notice. I am watching! This will not be forgiven or forgotten.
