Because Farm Bureau is no longer a good place to have insurance. They are incompetent. We just got a summary that they are charging us for a vehicle that was wrecked, totaled over a month ago.

tried calling my agent when I got in a wreck as soon as they opened, but he was running late. left a voicemail with all my info. tried calling again at 930, but he was with another customer, instead of calling me back first. now I just got a new vehicle, and am trying to get it insured because I'm going out of town, but it's the friday before Easter at 1030 am, and they're already closed for the weekend. my agent is michael Morse btw, in the benton county office
Arkansas Farm Bureau is against any legislation that protects dogs & cats from abusers. Actively lobbies against it to be exact! People wonder why Arkansas is so far behind in animal causes? You can thank Farm Bureau. Pure corporate evil. I dropped my insurance with them years ago because of their essential support of animal abusers. All animal lovers in Arkansas should find other insurance options.
