My wife and I were shopping around to get insurance quotes on multiple vehicles. We chose Cody Saulpaw. He was great to work with and made the whole process easy and affordable. This agent is sharp. I signed up through Cody's services after knowing him a year. Immediately after signing up through him, I learned he used unethical tactics and wasn't there for me as an agent when I needed him. He also displayed unprofessional behavior as he shared with me a conversation he had with another client which doesn't bring a sense of safety. After signing up for home insurance, he ignored requests for assistance and got after me for submitting a claim rather than fixing something myself.
