Overall, Farish was meh...I had more than a few issues with them. One, they do a lot of inspections when you first move in. Two, their maintenance only covers certain things or they charge you. They basically want you to do everything yourself. We moved into the home not knowing that only one burner was working on the stove. They sent a technician out who replaced the crumb catchers and claimed that all the burners worked, but they did not - we still only had one. So we just dealt with it...for over 4 years.
