Or call that same number and hit #2, and the guy you speak with will help. If you get insurance because of disability, and have a hard time getting approval from insurance, by going thru OLE, the just go to ER, because you're auto-approved. Bypass OLE receptionists, they are lazy and stupid. In my 3 year too long experience with them.
