Worst customer service. This people won’t return or respond to any emergency calls.
Excellent care. Dr Farid listens intently, compassionate and never rushes the appointment. I'm so grateful to have found him when I moved from another state. His front office staff are very friendly.
If you are searching for a new primary care physician I suggest you keep looking. While Dr. Farid comes highly recommended you have to get through Margie first and that is not an easy feat. There are plenty of other PCPs to choose from with kinder and better educated staff. My parents see Dr. Farid and from what I hear Dr. Farid is an excellent provider.
