I just want to commend John for his amazing assistance in helping myself and my boyfriend...we recently rented a bike when our custom handle bars broke...he went up and beyond caring ..I am also enrolled in the riding Class and he has gone way outside his job expectation in helping me in cancellations, waitlists and rebooking and Covid 19 DMV challenges...he has been AWESOME and is a real tribute to Harley Davidson.
