My wife and I purchased our bikes through FHD about 2 months ago. While on a ride this past weekend her bike developed a lower end noise, we left the ride and drove right to the dealership. Their service department diagnosed and fixed the problem (compensator sprocket) within an hour. The Technician and Service Department Manager went above and beyond in making us happy.
