Excellent support and customer service
I’ve seen Dr. Alaee for three appointments now. We are exploring conservative care for my osteoarthritis and building the relationship. All of this may lead eventually to a knee replacement. But when that day arrives, I know I’ll be fine. Dr. Alaee’s calm and knowledgeable approach has already won my trust. The ladies at the front desk are helpful and friendly. The office staff is efficient and pleasant. Having a good doc and a practice that takes good care of you is a very good thing!
The staff were very helpful and nice. The doctor answered all of my concerns and gave me options that I could choose from if I decide to move forward with his suggestions. I would recommend others to see him.
