Did not care for the bedside manner of Dr Khan or the medical team in past years or now. Recently, I was given results that required Dr Khan to sign off on additional imaging. The office held onto these results and was not going to follow up with the cancer center because I had not been into the office recently for a well check. I will not be returning to this practice.
I gave them 5 stars, because I absolutely LOVE all my doctors I have associates with OSF. They are and always have been right on top of all of my health problems and they actually listen to me when I tell them what’s going on with me. They don’t ever look at me like I’m a hypochondriac either and I greatly appreciate it. Dr. Farahana Khan is one of two of the best doctors I have ever had. She is so amazing. I just love her to pieces.
Started with Dr.Khan as my doctor sometime last year. Never got to see her in the office but ended up seeing Nicolas who was never helpful. I’ll be told I had a appointment with her but they’d still make me see Nicolas. Eventually I had to start doing video appointments due to transportation issues. Dr. Khan has been my doctor for 6-7 years. She is absolutely wonderful. She always responds to questions with thoughtful, thorough answers. Dr. Khan and her team is incredibly prompt to respond to MyChart inquiries - as someone who has a busy life, this is one of my favorite things! I have always enjoyed my experience. Truth be told - I was recommending her to a friend who is looking for a doctor and thought it was a good time to leave a review!!
