I have been with UK neuro for many years. Had to have a device removed from my chest. It wasn't working correctly...this Dr could have cared less! At the Dr apt to discuss the issue he was with me less than 2 min. And said if that's what y want we will take out. Surgery schedule next day. This man pulls a device OUT of my CHEST and from there taps leads off because they stay and tells me go home take Tylenol!!!!
