The office of Dr. Farhad Nasr has horrible customer service and zero medical assistance in order for any patient such as myself to rely on making an appointment never mind being able to visit the doctor in his office. Someone in this office by the name of Mandana who is the wife of the doctor came recently from Islamic republic of Iran acts absolutely unprofessional and anti-American to you. Two words: knowledgeable physician, terrible office. My mother discovered Dr. Farhad Nasr through his YouTube videos. After months of listening to him, we realized what a knowledgeable physician he truly is. Eventually, we decided to visit his office in Los Angeles. Our first visit went well—the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, and we had a pleasant experience. He ordered some lab tests and an MRI for my mother. Dr. Nasr is an outstanding nephrologist. From my very first visit, he took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and all available treatment options. His expertise in kidney care is evident. He is compassionate and take a genuine interest in my well-being, which makes me feel cared for as a person, not just a patient. In addition, their office runs very smoothly. The staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. They always quick to return calls and schedule appointments. I highly recommend.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr.Nasr and his professional team From the moment you walk into the office, you’re greeted by a friendly and efficient staff who make you feel welcome and at ease. They are extremely well-organized, ensuring appointments run smoothly and efficiently. Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, the staff is quick to answer calls and responds promptly. Dr. Farhad Nasr Chimeh has been my doctor for many years. He is an outstanding Harvard Medical School trained doctor who is very knowledgeable and very caring. He listens very carefully to patients and his diagnoses have been excellent. I love going to his office because I know I will be getting first-class care. His front-office staff are very polite and very timely in the filling of medications with local pharmacies.
