Had the torsion spring break this morning - replaced and fixed in an hour of calling - Very personable - Answered all my questions - Thanks!
My parents aren’t very active on Facebook but I need to comment on their behalf. They were incredibly impressed with their service. The spring broke on their garage door, 20 minutes later; the owner himself, (I believe they said Jeremy), was there. Found out they needed an entire new door. 4 days later- done and installed. They have my business when my family and I own a home next year!

Great service!! After not hearing from FM Garage Door after two voicemails left over a period of four days, I called Fargo Garage Floors and Doors. I was called back within an hour and the owner was there to fix my garage door within a half hour following that phone call. He explained everything and showed me what I can do to prevent this problem from happening again. Thank you!
Jeremy came same day and was able fo fix everything on the spot. Not only was he prompt and professional, he entertained my 3 year old daughter who wanted to watch him. He explained to her what he was doing and showed him his tools. He not only takes pride in the work he does, but is very kind and patient. He went above and beyond what I have seen from any service professional in any field.
