We had a burst pipe in our first floor unit around 2:00 in the morning and water spread throughout the entire unit very quickly. We contacted Perez finish restoration and they were on site within an hour and a half which was incredibly reassuring during such a stressful situation. A small ceiling leak turned into a bigger issue than we expected. Thankfully the restoration crew acted fast and prevented further damage. They set up drying equipment and monitored everything daily. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing.

Called Farez when my grandmother had a water leak in her house. They are professional, courteous, clean, and made her home safe and better than it was before. We now have them locked in our phones as the only call to make when something like that happens. Cant say enough good things.
