We had a burst pipe in our first floor unit around 2:00 in the morning and water spread throughout the entire unit very quickly. We contacted Perez finish restoration and they were on site within an hour and a half which was incredibly reassuring during such a stressful situation. Nixon Farez and his team went beyond to remediate and repair a closet with mold that necessitated a full demolition. I chose this company because I needed someone who would treat the mold AND reconstruct the area. (Many mold remediation do not offer construction) Nixon was hands-on throughout the process and delivered what was promised. I'm thoroughly pleased with the results and recommend their prompt expert service.
