Nixon and his team recently helped me remediate and repair water damage caused by a leak from our upstairs neighbor. Nixon was responsive and accommodating to both my schedule and my tenants’ schedules throughout the process. He was thorough in documenting every step of the work and was incredibly helpful when coordinating with insurance. We had a burst pipe in our first floor unit around 2:00 in the morning and water spread throughout the entire unit very quickly. We contacted Perez finish restoration and they were on site within an hour and a half which was incredibly reassuring during such a stressful situation.
