Extremely unprofessional and unethical experience. The clinic seemed more focused on maximizing insurance coverage than providing accurate eye care. The prescription I received was completely wrong and unusable, causing severe dizziness and double vision. The service was disrespectful and escalated to a completely unacceptable situation involving police presence. I strongly warn others to avoid this place for eye exams or glasses.

I recently brought my father to this eye center, and I truly can’t thank the team enough for the care they provided. My father is elderly and has been struggling with his vision, but the staff went above and beyond to support him with patience and kindness. A special thank you to Amanda and Farez — they were absolutely amazing.
