The inside of the dealership is well kept. The main guy was friendly. They have some nice cars but don’t budge on price much. We were a few hundred dollars apart had to walk. Got a better deal elsewhere.
I did receive an initial response via email. The next contact came via a phone call. The young lady Lashana asked for my email address in order to send me the Carfax associated with the vehicle. To date I've not received it. I've moved on and have found another Saab from a different seller. Unprofessional and very far from prestigious has been my experience.

As for the Car Fax report we ALWAYS direct our customers to go to our website @ www.faresautosales.com where we provide a FREE Car Fax report for all the vehicles we have on our lot.
Still working with them have not physical seen the truck. hope to do so soon. very amicable in conversations
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALSHIP! They will sell you cars that is going to break down on you within weeks to a month. I bought a car from them in Febuary of this year, off the bat they could not get the car inspected due to the computer being reset & had to drive the car at least 50 more miles before they could inspect the vehicle. when I finally got around to taking the car to be inspected it did not pass because the check engine light should have been showing but was not due to someone either burning it out or disconnecting i... read more
