Brea - Train the employees better. I make better sundaes then them. I would have rather had a McDonalds sundae. The nuts were stale and Carmel water down. Smallest whip cream spray on top, the presentation was really bad. Took a long time for horrible service. Not going back there again. It was not like that a couple years ago. Brea’s Farrell’s went down. The women manager did not even speak with the guy who made the bad lame sundaes. Next time Buena Park one. What a big disappointment Brea.
We waited over an hour for entrees and the place wasn’t that busy. We cancelled dessert orders after 30min because they never came. The server must have said “they are scooping your ice cream now” no less than three times. Don’t go here unless you’re prepared to wait a REALLY long time for crappy food. Oh and I hope you don’t plan to use the restroom. The ladies restroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a week!!!! 😡
This was my 1st time visiting, my husband had been going for a few years growing up. He thought the kids would enjoy the Birthday songs they play, my kids loved it!!! Food was good, ice cream was great, and servers and everyone are very friendly. I wasn’t too crazy about the 50min wait, but it was worth it. I’d definitely come back again.

We drove 2 hours for our sons 8th birthday.... great experience! Farrell's never disappoints! We just ordered appetizers and the pig trough ( enough for 4 to share), price was very reasonable and the entertainment and memories for our kids....priceless
Service is better than Ice cream
I took my twins to Farrell’s for their birthday. I remembered it being fun growing up as a kid, so I thought why not. I gave Janelle the hostess my name and size of party. She took my phone number and said it’d be about an hour to an hour fifteen minutes and I’d receive a text and they’d call my name. The hour fifteen minutes passed and nothing.
