Does not listen, constantly interrupts to assert dominance. Two definite no no for a medical professional in his field. That's beside his lack of patience and empathy. Was 1st time patient and was refused service. Will look elsewhere for medical attention required
I called to make a new patient appointment for my mother who had a mini stroke on Friday morning. The person who answered the phone asked questions, I answered and when I said that my mother did not stay over night at the ER, she LITERALLY said "Wow" I let that go cause my mother needs to see a doctor, she then said AGAIN "She didn't stay over night?Wow, thats crazy". Went in for numbness and pain Dr said im making it up... wouldn't let me answer any questions or even get a word in to explain why symptoms
Wish I could leave negative stars. Very rude & unprofessional. Yells to you in the hallway from his office. Has no idea what he’s talking about. Didn’t even do a basic neurological exam being a new patient, told me I don’t have a diagnosis yet I have been epileptic for 44 years. Refused to exam or even talk to me. Handed me paperwork for a clinic in Jacksonville an over 8 hour drive away. Real easy to do to a person disabled in a wheelchair. This guy is a joke. He looks likes he’s homeless. The guy is a tool. Has a bad attitude. Treats people like they are severely below him. Is really petty about his precious parking spaces. Yells at people for no reason.
Finally a Doctor who still cares! We walked in on Tuesday afternoon and 2 weeks later blood tests, MRI & Spinal tap were all done and I finally have a diagnosis. Dr. Farber is old school and makes a lot of jokes but at the end of the day he is one of the greatest doctors out there! Not only did he call in favors from other doctors to get the tests done ASAP but he personally called to make sure the spinal tap went well. Dr. Farber really cares about his patients.
Dr Farber formed a diagnosis with no information. He repeatedly asked questions that he refused to allow me to answer. No interest in finding out symptoms, history or anything else. This guy should not be a doctor, and his years of experience make no difference. "Many is the craftsman who claims 20 years of experience, when he actually has one year of experience twenty times."
While he was examining me he was talking and joking with me. His bedside manners are the best out of all may Doctors
Dr. Farber did not listen to anything I had to say, After many visits, Farber is always in a rush, never talks/ explains about the condition, or possible treatment. Did not diagnose, just prescribes meds whether it's right for you or not. got defensive & challenged me saying Are You A Doctor when i asked questions about the medicine. It is the the patients right to ask about the meds, effects it can have, & to get the best treatment, especially if the meds don't improve the condition.
