I see that communication is not a strong suit of this law firm. I called and left three voicemails and my wife did so once. I also sent an email. All of which was ignored. I feel like if you are too busy for potential clients, then put something on your website that states you are not taking new clients at this time. Mr. Farber and his paralegal were extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. They genuinely care about their clients and I highly recommend working with them.
I would not recommend this firm. I've communicated with hundreds of lawyers and I've found that Farber's paralegal to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a law firm. I brought up her rudeness to Farber and he didn't even return with a customary, canned response at the unprofessional conduct of his paralegal. (Yes, Kelly J. Daniels, you are Farber's paralegal.
