Dr. Farber Daniel did my foot surgery while at Univ of MD Orthopedics. I had visited him for over 3 months and he never mentioned that he was moving to PA, until right after the surgey he mentioned that he was moving to a new position. My surgey was a failure and I would have been happy if he mentioned about his move before the surgery.
