I wish I could give negative rating. I made an appointment based on my family doctor’s recommendation to see what they can do with dark spots. I was told that they offer free initial consultation and I confirmed twice with them when I made the appointment. During the 15 min consultation, I also confirmed with the doctor that there will not be any out of pocket expense. Then I got a bill for $510 and insurance won’t cover it.
