I hired this law firm due to a slip and fall in a grocery store. The first week I was contacted and even mailed my packet. After signing that dotted line a lot of things went down hill. My paralegal responded when deemed necessary. I finished treatments on SEPT 12th and had all of my medical records sent over to them MYSELF. I have no clue why I was assigned a medical records clerk.
