Farag Aboelsaad diagnosed piriformis syndrome and sacroilliac dysfunction with xrays, but refused to MRI the piriformis muscle and pelvis and hips when I was in a level 10 pain with activity, and returned me to work without evaluating my neck, shoulder and wrist injury. He refused to adequately treat my pain or find out if the piriformis or hip was torn or injured in a manner that could be fixed. He referred me to rheumatology for a fibromyalgia dx, but imaging showed serious surgical injuries
