Shady business. Cannot get ahold of my medical records
They are out of business. I called the state of Texas department in charge of licensing radiological operators (DSHS radiation control) and it turns out they no longer have a license to use radiological equipment. This is why their doors have been locked and phones are not being answered.
Very disappointed with their service. (1) The image quality is much worse than ARA (2) They have not send images/CDs to the doctor who has referred me to them for the MRI. (3) I had been trying to call them at their phone number- nobody picks up the phone; voice mail is full. Doctors office tried to call them w/o any luck. I will never go to them ever again.
They do not answer the phone and the voicemail is full/unavailable. I am unable to get copies of my MRI for my doctor.
I am beyond upset at myself that I did not read the reviews first. I received a bill for 28 THOUSAND dollars, they will not answer their phone and are unable to leave voicemails. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I am begging you to NEVER go here. I will be filing a complaint wherever I can.
