Rude a$$ ladies. Don't work here if you hate helping other women. Can't nicely answer simple questions and patiently explain instructions of what to bring to an appointment. Viejas amargadas!!!
The ladies in here are so helpful and sweet. We went in today for my sons one year appointment and they were so patient, and even gave him a goodie bag on the way out. Government offices are never fun, but the women who work here are super sweet.
