Dr.Prasad is very kind & informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & I’m grateful for how he showed up to talk through things with me. His staff were all very professional and helpful. I walked in nervous, and walked out feeling confident with what the next steps were.
Appointment on 6 August was pre-operation. One staff member explained the basics. However, they weren't sure of some details I asked about. The Practice Manager took over and filled me in perfectly, on every detail.
Dr Prasad is amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, and educates his patients. He really is the best.
