This place is dirty. The chairs have built up dust and powder. The floors is always dirty. Theres foul smell. Today they didn’t have paper towel to dry hands. The technicians are way too slow. And at the end they do a bad on color. They talk about you in their language I translated their language by Chatgpt they were saying they hate the color I chose because its too flashy and it’s for young people. The owner needs to look around their competition and see how they handle their business.
Great experience here! All the staff are warm and patient. They helped me design the style carefully. The nail technician is gentle and professional. I’m totally satisfied with my new nails! Highly recommend!
I would never come back to this place. I this is my first time here. I had a lady who sat closer to the cashier. She was not pleasant or welcoming at all. She was very rough. I would say she did OK job filing my nails in the shape I wanted. But if I can give some positive feedback, that was the only thing she did great.
