Dirty towels. Dirty place. Long wait. Not bilingual for those who speak English. One stick repeatedly used to double dip in the wax. Repeated the use of plastic caps from client to client. Brushes are filthy. Barbacide was black rather than blue. Just an awful place. Sad thing is, they're friendly and the place is huge. With some renovations and education the place could have potential.
It's home to me.They know what they are doing and prices are excellent.
