The first time I went was good this second time yesterday that I went she had me sitting there for 5 hours before she started my hair she could of just told me to come at 9pm … my plans and work day canceled I was dizzy from sitting there that long.. when she finally did my hair she rushed it . But her last client which was her old friend she took her time doing her hair . Then she ended up asking her to add more extensions in her hair so she stopped my hair to do hers . I don’t think I’m going back .
As a new customer I was very pleased with Shauna. She answered all of my questions and more importantly my hair was flawless. I will be back for a follow up appointment!!
