No matter what the circumstances are/were, never have I ever heard a small business owner and retail store owner call me or any customer for that matter, "rude, unkind, hateful and condescending," Wowww. Fantasy Flowers

The cardinal windchime as part of a funeral arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Heard lots of positive comments. I'm so glad that I kept looking at various florists as Fantasy Flowers were the only ones that had anything like this. The windchime will also be a wonderful remembrance for the family of their Mom. Thank you for outstanding job.

I ordered $140 flower arrangement for my wife. Said OK to leave on our porch. Driver texted and said he did. Call my son on law to go put them inside 1 1/2 hours later and no flowers to be found. Thought maybe a neighbor picked them up but no. called today to say never got them and asked could they redeliver. Owner said No because I authorized them to leave them and said they would lose money. You would be crazy to go to them with all the other good florists in the area!

I've been sending flowers to my family through Fantasy for over a decade (ever since I headed out West). They've always made my folks very happy.

When placing my order with this "Voted Milwaukee's Best WISN A List" florist; I was very specific in what I wanted sent to memorialize a relative. What was delivered was totally non representative of my request. Owner placed the blame on mis-communication within her business. She then agreed to replace the original silk arrangement. 6 weeks later, no such replacement has been made. I highly recommend you contact any other florist in the general area.
