I normally don't complain about negative but I would not recommend this place to nobody I have never once been happy with their haircut

I took my niece to get a haircut yesterday and we were not very pleased at all. She had a picture of what she wanted and the result was so far from the picture she cried after we left. The lady had given her almost a mullet. Not good. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had here. Do not recommend.
My husband took our daughter to Fantastic Sams today. I had called in ahead of time to discuss what we wanted. A cut, hair thinning and 1 color. When my husband dropped her off he again told them she needed a cut, hair thinning and that she has a picture of the 1 color we wanted. Imagine the shock we had that she had purple hair rather than the red she had shown them along with a bill that was over $300. She also has purple across her forehead and her ears. Sadly I don't think I'll be back. I have been seeing Jenni for a few years now and loved her. She has not been working weekends for sometime and I reluctantly scheduled a cut and highlights with another stylist as I was already 4 weeks past due for a cut and color as I could not seem to find a time with Jenni that would work. I have been going here now for over 5 years. Never a disappointment. Colleen Scanlon is my stylist and has always done a great job. All the stylists there are friendly and always helpful. There prices are basically the same as other salons with some things lower. I will continue to go to this salon as they are a great group.

I have been a customer here for a while. they always do a great job, and I have known some of the ladies for near a decade. Today there was an issue with wearing a mask and I was pretty unhappy about the whole situation. But they reached out to me and talked to me addressing my concerns and working to find a solution. I think that is very commendable, because nobody does that anymore. I look forward to seeing what they come up with to help those of us that cannot wear masks.
