I had my hair dyed 13 days ago. From the very start it has been a red/orange and it was supposed to be a red/purple. A few washes later, most of the color has washed out and my hair looks worse than a boxed dye. I was told to only shampoo it every 7 days and after a few washes it would bring out its true color. I did exactly that. I stopped in today to see if they could do a re-dye and I was told it has been too long. I didn’t even wash my hair until 3 days after the dye, so I had 4 more days to see if I liked my hair or not. I called in to let them know what was going on and was told it would take another wash or two to show it’s true colors. Well today I went in to allow fantastic sams to right a wrong and they showed their true colors. There was nothing they could to do because it was passed 7 days even though I tried to come in within 7 days! I’m upset because I really liked coming to this location and have always liked their work. I guess it’s time to find a new salon.

I saw Miriah M and she was absolutely amazing. We consulted on the status of my overly damaged hair, came to a conclusion on the best course of action for a cut and home care maintenance to keep my poor hair from further damage. I love the cut!! She was fast yet technical with it to ensure it was blended and the length I wanted. I also got a conditioning treatment which greatly improved the smoothness and softness of my hair. The salon was immaculate and all were adhering to the new health standards.

Pour costumer service and was still raged for service even though they did a pour job. My wife was 7 mont present and they would not let her use the bathroom and would net let her leave because they massed up her hair and had to fix it over and over
