Okay so tonight I traveled to Fantastc Sam's. I noticed the blinking open sign. it was very close to the time they closed. The manager flat out refused to serve me. Actually lectured me that I should have made it sooner. I'm so outraged that I will never ever go to a Fantastic Sam's again

Normally I don’t have anything bad to say about Fantastic Sam’s, but today the girl doing my hair made me feel like I was an absolute bother being in her chair. I let her know I was tender headed when she was washing my hair. She sends me to her chair with dripping wet hair ( no towel). She starts combing my hair and stops and tells me to just do it. Elaine is the only person my kids will let cut their hair! The atmosphere is great and the other employees are great.
I have never ben disappointed when going to see Elaine! She is the only one allowed to cut my families hair. Been seeing her for 10 years. The atmosphere is great and it's easy to relax while getting my hair done. Kids feel comfortable going and getting theirs done as well.
