I had to give it a star, if I didn't have to I wouldn't. They chopped up my hair and I went back in to get it fixed and they wouldn't even acknowledge I was in there. Very upset....
My 11 year old LOVES his new cut. Katie Collect was quick, which he appreciates, and the cut is amazing. My son insists Katie is the only one cutting his hair from now on. We will be back!!

I love my hair! Katie did my hair. I think she's a keeper. She colored and highlighted my hair. She took her time to really catch the image I wanted. Very satisfied I'll be back

Katie is the only person allowed to touch my head with sharp objects. She does a fantastic job and is great with her clients. She's the best!
I like Fantastic Sam's but it's Katie that keeps me coming back!!! She is very professional and so talented. Definitely the BEST!
