I have never really paid big bucks for haircuts - fantastic sams has always done a pretty good job. But I went in last month and got my haircut by a latina woman who stated she was the manager - I can’t remember her name. She absolutely butchered my hair. I asked for her to cut my face framing layers shorter almost like a long bang. And not only did she not listen, she went rogue. She cut bangs into the middle of my hair. And then knew she messed up so she started texturizing the “bang” leaving my fine hair looking so crazy.... read more
