Today I arrived at this place. The service has changed. NO ONE acknowledged me to let me know that they would be right with me. I will never return to this store again!
It is no longer Fantastic Sams; it is now Color and Cuts. Do not waste your time going there. The customer service is poor, and the old hairstylist is arrogant. You do not get what you ask for—it's terrible.

*you said contact you but your story isn't even listed 🤦🏻♀️ Maggie needs to be FIRED! She is so rude was hitting my head with the hair brush cut my bangs so horrible doesn't know how to do layers! I've been here before and I've had the best haircuts recommended it to several people but MAGGIE did a bad job!
