Involved haircut for my 5 y.o. son has been professional and comfortable with Morgan! He is kinda wiggly/unaware since he has only ever gotten a haircut 3x now (all Morgan) but she has successfully made a big transition to cut a TON of hair off (which was what we wanted) despite the fact that we really didn't give her much direction about a style. Made an appointment and was taken by Morgan. She took me right away when I walked in. Morgan was very pleasant and professional. She did a great job. I will be a regular customer of hers for sure! * Went back again for a 2nd visit. Disappointing. Won't be back again.

I do not feel like the woman listen to me from the jump. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted. She acted like she was finished 3 times by starting taking off the cape each time I told her it needed to be shorter like the picture. It should not be guess work when you have a picture. Also I told her I wanted to trim my mustache. She once again had to be told this again. Why not listen to your customers?
