Well I walked in the salon a total wreck, fashion wise and physically a complete mess. I wasn't even fit to shovel garbage at a landfill garbage yard. Pam and Alanna treated me with respect kindness and generosity.(They are professional and caring with all their customers.) They gave and showed me helpful suggestions. Then they worked their magic on me and everything always turned out great. Actually Alanna was my main stylist and it doesn't get any better than that.(Professional Talented and a Great Employee.)
No one there on a Monday. Hours posted 9-6 on Mondays. Guess they must be closing. Not too surprised if they are closing, never that many customers there. Too many salons/barbers in this small town, but you have to drive ten miles to buy a toaster! Go figure!
The owner of this Fantastic Sams must not know anything about running a successful salon business. There's no receptionist, so the stylists are answering phones & checking in walk-ins while the client sits there waiting during their service. They only schedule 2 stylists at any given time, so many of the walk-ins are turned away & told to come back the next day. This is a budget salon so I didn't expect premier service, and my husband and I tried it when they had only been open a week but I got a good haircut from Alanna which is what I wanted. I tried calling a few times in the last weeks to see if Alanna would be working but got no answer a few times, and a rather rude reply about schedules not being posted another time.
