Went in with a surfer mid length wavy style haircut, and specifically asked for a tiny trim. I said I just wanted to cut the back a little bit. The guy said I understand. In the matter of a minute I lost all of my wavy curls. It was so upsetting. He didn’t give me a trim. He cut sooo much off that I could barely even rub my hand through it. My last hope was toward the end when he asked to cut the front more and i said “tiny like less than half inch”. He then cuts it all off. Shame on me tho for not being more assertive. Haircuts are average at best, but they are quick and convenient — until they aren’t. They do not actually open at 9, but 9:30
My son's haircut was nice, the guy did a good job I noticed they frown upon customers that don't make an appointment. Even berate! They've made someone uncomfortable nearly every time I've been there. If they know they can take a person in, they shouldn't mention an appointment and just help the customer.
