I went in with long and and left with short hair. JUST RUINED! It looks horrible. I asked for 4-5 inches off came out with my hair 8 inches shorter. My hair as below my waist and now is barley to my bra strap! I used to go to the salon and come back home and wash my hair. Since I have found Jenik I have been happy every single time that she has done something on my hair. I have been her customer for the last 7 years and I could strongly say she is the best I drive all the way from San Ramon to Los Gatos because of her great job.
