I feel real bad giving a poor review but I think it is necessary. A few weeks ago, I arrived for my scheduled appointment. another walk-in customer arrived at the same time. The manager completed my hair cut in 7.5 minutes. One side of my head was great the other side was like a like a small child worked on it. I believe she rushed so she woulnd.t lose the walk-in. As an older man I felt she demonstrated a bit of ageism by rushing my cut. Too bad. It's so hard to find an accomplished hair cutter,

Was very pleased with Jill. Very personable and was helpful and knowledged with my thick hair. Love my hair trim and more manageable now since I'm growing it out to a medium length and one side growing faster and uneven. Thank you Jill!!

I dont recommend this place. The girl that cut my hair didnt even speak to me when I walked up, just pointed at the wash chair for me to sit. Then nudged my shoulder to get up after barely washing my hair. I tried to explain how I wanted my hair and the pieces not to touch because the last person cut too much in that area and I was trying to get it to grow out. Hannah at Lakewood Ranch is awesome. First time going to see her and she just got me. I will totally go back again. BUT.... There is a person next to her station that decided to tell me, I WAS stuck in the 90s with my chunky monkey highlights...WHICH I thought was very unprofessional. All Hannah did was do what she thought I wanted (no matter what era) and she did great. Person.... next to her.... KEEP QUITE....

Went to the fantastic Sams in Largo . I will not be going back there. The lady that cut my hair. Jen was very cold very did not talk much. Did not give any good advice for my hair when I asked her things and the young girl next to her very young had a very bad comment to make after an older lady left her after getting a tip told the other lady Jen while I was cutting getting my haircut that that lady was quite the chatterbox and wouldn’t shut up. And Jen is the manager of that fantastic Sams in Largo

I will never go to this salon again. The staff is so rude, from the moment I walked in. She also up charged me to increase the price an extra $100. I literally had to walk her over to the sign on the wall to show her how much it should cost. She wouldn’t even look up the notes from last time. Said she couldn’t find them. I said weird cuz on the phone I called and asked for my same girl. They said she no longer worked there but they had all her notes and could do it the same. Horrible experience. Stay away!
