FYI: my 81 year old aunt was a customer at this location until yesterday! She went back to redo a perm that was originally done on the wrong rollers, as admitted by her operator, Pat. They said she waited too long to return (she was on vacation) and the operator then began screaming in her face, close enough to spit on her and the only thing the manager did was offer to trim her hair. Told lady, I wanted a horseshoe cut on top, straight even 'dutchboy'bob with an under cut for some body.'do you understand what i'my trying to say'? 'Yes'. She butchered it, all uneven, and sticking out in back. Totally different from what I said. Much shorter. She said this looks good on you. Don't care. Refused to give personal info for a haircut.
