waited over 20 minutes for a cut. one stylist finished with her customer but chose to ignore me. lady walks in , 20 minutes after I first started waiting, needs a cut, gets taken right away. these ladies are rude as hell. will never return.

I just went there and was so humbled by your staff I had to share .I'm going thru chemo for lung cancer and asked to get all my hair cut off.very emotional for me,when I was done all the stylists had paid for my haircut.this to me was GOD in that place .thank u so much ladies !!!#customer for life love u all
I went there a couple of years ago and got a fantastic haircut. Went back there last year and it looked like a child cut my hair with scissors. It was horrible and choppy. I even showed the stylist the picture of the cut I wanted that I got the previous year and she didn't match it at all. I will not be returning.
I liked it when I first started going there about a year ago. Since then, I've seen the stylists not sweep up after cutting someone's hair, and then having the next customer sit in the same chair with the previous customer's hair still on the chair and surrounding areas. That basically turned me off to this place. Everything should be kept clean and if they had told me to sit in that chair, I would be calling the health department.
