Nikki is a gifted stylist. She listened to me and have me the exact cut and color I desired.
Went in yesterday morning to get a haircut for my curly hair and explained my desire for a dry cut with a shampoo after and the stylist who was new couldn’t remember what I asked for but after I reminded her she did do the dry cut and when she combed it out it looked like a frizzed mess and she was going to let me leave that way no shampoo by then I was frustrated so I asked her to wet it and left. The worst haircut I’ve ever had and I will never be back and never suggest anyone go there.
