I did not request a "trim". I said cut it with long layers and "give it some movement". I was given a 1/2 in trim. She (Cheryl) literally said I have her no direction. To which I repeated what I told her as I sat down in the chair. She just didn't want to cut my hair. Total waste of money and time. She offered to cut more off, but by that time I was highly annoyed.
